Clip On Penguin (3 1/2" tall)

Our 3 1/2 inch tall plush clip on Emperor Chick is something we've been waiting for for quite some time. With his flippers looking to hang on with a fair amount of tension (considering his small stature) You can clip this little guy to just about anything.  Pencils, rear view mirrors, hat brims, dog collars, lamp shades, backpacks, folders, perhaps even car antennas. Just use your imagination. Makes for a great little clip on traveling pal.
