Fabric Penguin Plush from Thailand (6" tall)

This wonderfully colorful fabric penguin doll is from Thailand and he still has his tags to prove it. He's 8" tall and in excellent condition. He's got a little bell on a chain around his neck.  Excellent condition. Mid 1990's in vintage.
