Ceramic Penguin Bell Ornament

This 3 1/2" hand crafted and painted ceramic penguin bell ornament is cute and colorful.  The bell ringer is the penguin feet that dangle about a half inch out of the bottom of the penguin (not seen in image).  Very cute.  This piece is in mint condition and is very unique.
