Penguin Fan

Our black and white personal penguin fan is cool in more ways than one.  At 4" tall, this hard plastic, battery operated fan uses a safe, soft foam rubber propeller that spins to cool you off from his beak. It has an easy to use on / off switch, comes with a conveniently attatched 15" long, black larienet so you can wear your penguin fan around your neck when your not using it. Also, he stands fine on his own two feet.  2 AA batteries included.
