Wow, Eric, I placed the order on Sunday, and the penguins arrived on Tuesday! Everything was safely packed and in perfect condition (except I didn't take the mugs out of their boxes yet). Assuming the mugs are in equally great condition, I couldn't be more pleased. Very, very nice quality, friendly service, and fast shipping. What more could I want? These items are gifts for the crew of our community theatre production of "The Man Who Came to Dinner." In the show, the lead character receives four live penguins in a crate from Admiral Byrd. Eric: Hello, again. Thank you so much for your donation to the Red Cross from the Penguin Place. As you know, we are from Jackson, Mississippi. Hurricane Katrina came right over us. We sustained minimal compared to the rest of our coastal state. Our home is 190 miles from New Orleans and 160 miles from the Mississippi Coast. We visited New Orleans at least once a month and absolutely love the city and all our friends there. We have family in Biloxi and Gulfport, MS who are OK but their homes are not. The devastation cannot be even imagined! It is great people like you and businesses like yours that will help all these people whose lives are totally gone as they knew it. The other night when we were driving on the interstate running an errand or two, we saw firetrucks from New York. Thanks for that. Thanks for caring and thanks for always keeping me up to date on the penguins. Tomorrow I will look at the new items. For some reason, I could not get the website to come up tonight. Hi Eric, The Penguin Bride and Groom is 20 times better in person than in a photograph. The quality of the plush is great and I used to be in the toy industry. Hi Eric! Just to let you know my complete order waddled its way across the big pond and arrived at my door safely this morning - you should have seen the big grin on my face when I opened the parcel! Absolutely delighted with all the little guys (especially the wind chimes as I had been searching for a nice one for ages) and thanks for the little gift of the key ring also. In the words of the Governor of Caifornia - I'll be back! Merry Christmas! I wanted you all to know I received my new penguin cloth shower curtain and matching window curtain as ordered. I just got through hanging them and I absolutely LOVE them!
