Upon purchasing the Gift Certificate you or your giftee will receive an e-mail confirmation along with a gift certificate (or coupon code) that you can use to redeem it. We will also send out an actual gift certificate in the mail  to the recipients address and be sure to include any message or greeting you'd like. We'll pass it along. Also, we will add a shipping charge to the total of the Gift Certificate so a $50.00 Gift Certificate purchase will come out to $57.99 ( for domestic shipping).  This way the recipient of the G.C. will be able to actually purchase $50 worth (or what ever amount the G.C. is for) of penguins.
